Daugres ceramiche is located in 340 portland street mongkok. We visited their shop to buy the tiles for renovating our bathroom floor. His sales (Mr Chan and Mr To) falsely claimed that the completed pattern of the tiles would be exactly the same as the replicate of the sample they have shown to us on that day. We required 20 pieces of tiles for our bathroom floor and clearly stated to them. So we placed the order of 20 pieces with item no. D61206 fully with credit card with trust. They told us to wait for 10-14 days for delivery. So we kept waiting until one day before delivery. Mr Chan informed us there would be 2 batches of tiles to deliver. We don’t understand his meaning initially as we told them our requirements to have 20 pieces of tiles to put on our bathroom floor. But it turned out to be 3 different colours shades of tiles and one box of broken tiles. And the pattern is not exactly what they showed to us before. There are more big black spots on the pattern. So they misled us to buy the tiles and then deliver bad quality of tiles with colour difference. They were contacted to speak with the shop owner but it was ignored. They have arranged a staff Mr Lau to come up to my flat and it is confirmed with colour difference. But they refused to give us full refund. With the unresponsive behaviour, it has already delayed my renovation works for 5 weeks. The confidence is totally lost. The new tiles had been brought from another shop to replace those bad quality tiles from this irresponsible merchant. No response for full refund so far.
